LCROSS Impact Event
9-22-2009
Join the Lewis Center for Educational Research and witness the culmination of America's return to the Moon! On Friday, October 9th at 4:30 a.m. NASA's Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS) will complete its 110-day mission by impacting the Moon's South Pole on the northwest rim of the Cabeus A crater.
